Why Directors Circle is Different…

Directors Circle is part of an associated group of companies that includes Insolvency Consultancy Experts Limited, Fastspeed Ltd. and Company Voluntary Arrangements Limited. Our consultants have decades of experience between them, ready to rectify most problems that directors are struggling with.

Unlike most companies that offer assistance in the area of Insolvency, Directors Circle has a sole Duty of Care to its clients. If anyone instructs a solicitor then it is understood that the solicitor acts solely for their client. It is just the same with Directors Circle. Unfortunately, 99% of business rescue companies in the UK do not adopt this

status as they have a split Duty of Care to both their client and the creditors. A fact that shocks clients when they realise that this is the case.

At Directors Circle, we believe that our USP is simply that you can trust us because we have your interests at heart.

We are based in South Yorkshire but conduct business rescue work and Consultancy projects all across the UK. Much of our work is conducted through our associated companies as well as through Directors Circle so as to maximise the resources available within the group for the benefit of our clients.
